Meetings held at the parish church hall of
Saint Martyrs-Canadiens

Winnipeg Manitoba (in Windsor Park)
(near Lagimodière & Fermor)

Saturday meetings are from 10:00AM to 1:00PM unless there's a specific activity or workshop being held - then till 4:00pm.
Evening meetings are from 7:00PM to 10:00PM

 
Doors open 1 hour prior to the meeting for committees and executive and 1/2 hour prior to the meeting for general membership.

The membership fee is $30 per year and provides the
following privileges

• Voice and vote at all general meetings
• Name listed on the membership roster
• One copy of each newsletter "Prairie Patches"
• The opportunity to register for guild sponsored workshops
• One name tag
• Use of the MPQ library which contains an excellent selection of quilting books and magazines; use of the tools library where members can borrow quilting equipment
• Opportunity to participate in Show'n' Tell where members bring in their quilting projects to describe and display; raffles for a variety of items such as fabric, books, patterns, etc
• Access to the MPQ bulletin board which advertises local or distant quilting events
• Lectures/slideshows featuring guest speakers
• Volunteer opportunities on committees or for special fundraising/charitable projects
• Quilt block exchanges, mini workshops and major workshops.
• Special craft sales and most importantly, your membership provides you with the opportunity to make new friends, exchange ideas with fellow quilters, get inspired, and have fun
